Hi, I’m Sandra Kirstein.

As a 5-year-old, I participated in my first swimming competition and since then performance and development has been my biggest driver in life. My strong will to perform has taken me to places I could only dream of as a kid. Hundreds of swimming medals, academic honors and awards, adrenaline kicks of the roof, and a successful professional career. And not to forget, friends across the globe.

On the contrary, my strong will to perform has also made hit rock bottom. More than once. A couple of years ago, I came to a point in life when I decided to make a change. Making a change is tough, but I had decided to once and for all put an end to self-sabotaging and the feeling of unfulfillment. By strengthening my emotional intelligence and self-awareness, I started to view the world and myself from a different perspective and I found a way to transform my ugly obsession to win into sustainable high-performance.

I still love to perform as much as I used to, but what differs now from then is that my mindset and capability to handle setbacks and my surroundings is on a whole different level. A setback is not a failure, it’s feedback. And feedback is exactly what I need to develop. In addition to a more resilient mindset, I always make sure to find my reason why in everything I do. Because if I don’t, then what’s the point?

Today, I am honored to support people across the world to create a life they are excited to live, free from self-doubt and the feeling of unfulfillment. Whether it’s about personal development, professional growth, or health and athletic achievement, I truly believe that each of us has the power to perform and create long-lasting change, while still maintaining our physical as well as our mental health and wellbeing.
